Before making your reservation, please note the following:
We are chartered as a resource for students and foreign travelers. Due to our limited amount of space, we require that upon check-in each guest must provide one of the following: a valid foreign passport; or government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license) showing that you live outside a 40-mile radius of Philadelphia.
COVID-19 update: All guests 18 years or older must present proof of vaccination upon checking in.
You must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or a parent/school-appointed chaperone. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in our dorm rooms.
There is a 14-day maximum stay for our guests. There is limited space for students needing to stay 30 days or longer, but you need to contact management for availability and rates. If you are staying for more than 6 days then don’t forget to select the 7-day package when making your booking to take advantage of our weekly rate!
After making a reservation you should receive a confirmation number. This number will allow you to log in and view or cancel your reservation should you need to. If you do not receive a confirmation number, or have problems accessing your reservation, please contact the hostel directly. You will also receive a confirmation email containing your confirmation number. Often the confirmation email will go to your spam folder, so please have a look for it there if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Any cancellations must be made before 6:00 p.m. the day prior to your day of arrival. If you do not show up for your reservation, or cancel after this time we will charge your credit card for the first night of your booking.
